We spoke to Hany Aly, former Top 50 Under 50 recipient and owner of program partner 4 Seasons Group of Companies, to catch up with him and learn more about their work in the community.
Q: We understand that 4 Seasons Group of Companies often gives back to the community. Can you tell us about some of the work you’ve done?
During the flood, 4 Seasons Transport and Moving was one of the first to respond and help in the flood, we donated all our trucks to the community total of 4 units in the moving division and towing units to transport equipment to save Fort McMurray Heritage Village. 4 Seasons Moving also assisted with moving all contents of the Heritage Village to a safe warehouse. 4 Seasons also has donated all their trucks to move and transport food to the community from everywhere in the city and the Food Bank. As well, 4 Seasons has opened their warehouse to the public to come by all day to donate food and clothes. We have also opened our warehouse to the non-profit organization to come by and sort out donated items.
Q: What does good leadership mean to you?
We not only help build the company, but we also build more effective employees that can contribute to even greater growth in the future. As a leader, I want my team to feel capable of achieving their goals as well as the company’s objectives, so I make it a priority to personally help them every day meet their individualized milestones.
Q: What words of advice would you share with the Top 50 Under 50 Class of 2021?
If you can see your goals in your mind, you can have it in your hands, with hard work and determination there is nothing that can’t be accomplished.

Family is everything in this life, Make sure to have the life balance to make sure you give your family the love and care they need.
