The Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC) and Miskanaw Golf Club have added a new recreational golf opportunity to the Legacy Dodge Practice Facility.
“The new Cubs Course at the Legacy Dodge Practice Facility at Miskanaw Golf Club is a fantastic addition to the already great golf opportunities we offer,” said Jason Vaughn, RRC Director of Golf and Grounds. “With a focus on fun, the new Cubs Course at the Legacy Dodge Practice Facility presents a fresh, modern golf experience for sport and recreation enthusiasts of all ages.”
The short four-hole Cubs Course can be used as a practice facility for the seasoned player, a first entry into the sport for the novice player, a fun family activity, or a date night option for those looking for something new to try.
“The team at Legacy Dodge is proud to be a part of the new Cubs Course expansion at Miskanaw. The passion and commitment that Miskanaw continues to show the community is a legacy we are honoured to be associated with. Congratulations Miskanaw on a truly world-class practice facility,” said Mike Brown, Legacy Dodge General Manager.
Taking only 45 minutes to play, the Cubs Course is a time and budget-friendly entertainment, sport and recreation option. With fewer rules and regulations than the standard golf course offering, the Cubs Course also welcomes those who may be unfamiliar with the sport and are simply seeking a fun new adventure.
“We want to thank Legacy Dodge for their ongoing commitment and support to the RRC, including their partnership at the Legacy Dodge Practice Facility,” said Graig Walsh, RRC Chief Executive Officer. “Their support allows us to create and deliver new opportunities like the Cubs Course. Whether a long-time player, brand new to the sport or just looking to have fun, the Cubs Course presents a new option for everyone who visits Miskanaw Golf Club.”
